To be fair, the cops only seemed to be saying it wasn't permitted to busk using an amplifier which seems fair enough to me. Markus is a talented guy but a lot of buskers aren't. I don't want to hear 3 competing tuneless renditions of "Streets of London" at 100 decibels while walking around town.
